Compassionate coaching for trans and queer individuals, and the people who love them. Whether you're navigating identity, dysphoria, shame, professional or personal relationship challenges, you’ll find grounded support, healing tools, and space to grow with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Hello, I'm Reid Allen.
I’m a trans man and an emotional well-being coach.
I support trans and queer individuals, as well as parents, partners, and loved ones of trans people, in navigating the emotional complexity of transition with proven tools for growth.
My Values & Coaching Philosophy

Empathy Rooted in Experience
I’ve lived the complexity of being trans in a world that often doesn’t understand us—and I know the emotional terrain firsthand.

Emotional Resilience &
Self-Understanding
I use collaborative coaching strategies to help you process difficult emotions, set boundaries, and strengthen your sense of self.

Whole-Person,
Judgment-Free Support
I offer space to be messy, to feel your feelings fully, and to make sense of what’s unfolding—so you can grow with clarity, power, and connection.
I’ve walked this path. I’ve felt lost, afraid, and unseen. I also found my way to clarity, compassion, and connection. Coaching helped me untangle harmful patterns and establish a genuine relationship with myself. I became the person I’d always hoped to be—and now I help others do the same.
Start With a Free 45-Minute Intro Session
Here, you don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are. This is a no-pressure space designed for you to be heard, reflect, and receive meaningful support. I'm here to walk alongside you, no matter where you are.
The journey is not about becoming someone new,
but about rising into the truth of who you already are;
rooted, whole, and unapologetically you.

For Trans & Queer Individuals
Whether you're just beginning your transition or are years into it, you may feel overwhelmed, tired, or unsure of your next steps. You may be navigating internalized shame, dysphoria, or disconnection in your relationships.

For Loved Ones of Trans People
Supporting someone through transition can bring up so much; grief, guilt, fear, and confusion. You might feel like you’re supposed to be “on board,” but you haven’t had a safe place to process your own emotions.
YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
-
Is it okay to feel this way?
-
How do I support them without losing myself?
-
What if I say the wrong thing?
-
Will my child or partner be safe, loved, and okay in the world?
You don’t have to carry it alone. This space is for you to be messy, honest, and human. Together, we’ll unpack what you’re holding, reframe shame or fear, and help you find clarity so you can show up with intention and care.
Your journey matters too. You can’t fully support someone else unless you’re grounded in yourself. Let’s begin with you.
